TERMS, CONDITIONS AND DISCLAIMER

The following terms apply to all products and services supplied by Anticor Water Professionals Group.

Disclaimer & Data Protection

Anticor (Pty) Ltd values and respects the privacy of all customers, suppliers and users of our services.

  1. Anticor undertakes to collect, process and store personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable Namibian laws and internationally recognised data protection principles.
  2. Personal information may be collected, held, used and disclosed primarily for the purpose of providing customers with access to Anticor’s products, services, technical support, water treatment solutions, laboratory services and related business operations.
  3. In certain circumstances Anticor may share relevant information with authorised third parties including logistics providers, technical partners, manufacturers, suppliers or professional service providers where this is necessary to fulfil orders, provide technical support, perform installations, conduct laboratory testing, or deliver services requested by the customer.
  4. Where information is shared with third parties, Anticor will take reasonable steps to ensure that such parties maintain appropriate confidentiality and data protection standards.
  5. If you believe that your personal information has been processed incorrectly or used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected, you may contact the Anticor Information Officer at: info@anticornam.com
  1. Products may be returned for a refund or exchange provided that:
    • The goods are unused.
    • The goods remain in their original condition and packaging.
    • The goods are returned within 30 days of purchase.
  2. All return, refund or exchange requests must be submitted to Anticor via: info@anticornam.com
  3. Refunds will only be processed once the goods have been returned to Anticor Head Office, 71 Newcastle Street, Northern Industrial, Windhoek, Namibia, or another authorised Anticor location.
  4. Unless the return is due to a verified defect or supplier fault, transport costs for product returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Refunds will be processed at the invoice value indicated on the original purchase invoice and may take 3–5 working days once the returned goods have been received and verified.
  6. Where returned goods or packaging are damaged or incomplete, Anticor reserves the right to apply a handling or restocking fee between 10% and 20% of the invoice value, which will be deducted from the refund or credit issued.
  1. Products supplied by Anticor carry the manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee, which may vary depending on the product type and supplier.
  2. Customers are advised to refer to the specific manufacturer warranty documentation supplied with the product for full warranty terms.
  3. All warranties are subject to:
    • Correct installation according to manufacturer specifications.
    • Proper use and maintenance of the equipment.
    • Normal and reasonable wear and tear.
  4. Faulty or defective products will be repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
  5. In certain circumstances a pro-rata charge may apply depending on the period of effective use from the original invoice date.
  6. Anticor reserves the right to refer equipment or products to the manufacturer, supplier or authorised technical facility for inspection and evaluation before approving any repair, replacement or refund.
  1. All goods supplied remain the property of Anticor (Pty) Ltd until full payment of the relevant invoice has been received.
  2. Risk and responsibility for goods transfer to the customer upon collection or delivery to the customer, courier or designated transport provider.
  1. Orders are typically processed within 24 – 48 hours, working hours (Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00) provided that the items are in stock and payment has been received.
  2. Deliveries are handled by independent courier services and generally require 2–3 working days from dispatch within Namibia.
  3. Should delays occur due to stock availability, supplier lead times, logistics or unforeseen circumstances, Anticor will notify the customer accordingly.

Standard delivery rates apply as follows:

  1. NAD 100 for orders under NAD 1,000 (VAT inclusive).
  2. Larger or bulk items such as filtration media, salt pellets, resin, Siliphos, water dispensers, refrigeration units or industrial equipment may incur additional freight charges depending on weight, size and delivery location.

Final delivery costs will be confirmed once the delivery details have been provided.

  1. If part of an order is temporarily unavailable, Anticor may ship the available items first.
  2. Remaining items will be dispatched once stock becomes available.
  3. Customers will not be charged additional shipping costs for subsequent deliveries related to the same order.

Anticor is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and users.

Information collected may include:

  1. Billing address
  2. Delivery address
  3. Email address
  4. Contact number
  5. Payment details (processed through secure payment gateways)

Anticor does not store customer credit card details. Technical website information such as IP address, browser type and referral data may be collected for security monitoring, fraud prevention and website performance improvements. Anticor does not sell, trade or distribute customer information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Customer information relating to orders, billing and shipping details may be securely stored on Anticor’s systems.

All transmitted data is protected using appropriate security protocols.

Product warranties apply:

  1. To the original invoiced purchaser; or
  2. Where equipment forms part of a permanent installation, the warranty may transfer with the property provided that proper installation, servicing and maintenance requirements have been followed.

Anticor (Pty) Ltd is a Namibian company operating in the domestic, commercial and industrial water treatment industry. The company supplies and services products including but not limited to:

  1. Water purification and filtration systems
  2. Reverse osmosis systems
  3. Water dispensers and refill stations
  4. Commercial and industrial water treatment equipment
  5. Laboratory testing services (water, soil and microbiology)
  6. Manufacturing and distribution of salt pellets and filtration media
  7. Technical installation, servicing and maintenance of water treatment systems

 

Anticor also represents various international water treatment technology partners and manufacturers.

Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment:

  1. Orders will be processed within 1 – 5 working days.
  2. Delivery may occur via courier, direct delivery by Anticor, or collection from Anticor premises in Windhoek, Namibia.

Customers requiring delivery outside Namibia must contact Anticor directly to arrange export documentation, logistics and applicable freight costs.

The merchant outlet country is Namibia, and all transactions are conducted in Namibian Dollars (NAD) unless otherwise agreed.

Anticor (Pty) Ltd accepts responsibility for all aspects of transactions conducted through its website, including:

  1. Sale of goods and services
  2. Customer service and technical support
  3. Delivery arrangements
  4. Dispute resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
